The delivery and implementation of your (database)solution starts with a thorough inventory ('scoping'). We investigate in detail what your organization needs in software development, conversion and implementation. The results are provided in a detailed project plan. In this plan we also devote attention to the cost, time, the required training of staff, implementation and the internal communication needed to for the project. This thorough preparation ensures a smooth and successful project outcome.

Direct contact
During the project, you have direct contact with a project manager of Ambitius. On a regular basis they keep you informed about the progress of the work.  In addition, your account manager of Ambitius keeps in touch.

Careful implementation
The implementation process of your (new) solution, we divide in clear parts: preparation, building process, conversion, testing, training, and communication. After the implementation process our support desk can offer additional support. The staff can assist you directly by phone or through remote control.

Stay on top
After completion of the project our account keeps you informed of developments of interest. This may be developments within Ambitius, but also new insights in the field of office automation in general.
